"Tyler and his team are beyond amazing and helpful. I have been to this location twice after 2 "emergencies" while driving to work. One was a check engine light. The team quickly figured out the issue and resolved it quickly and I was on my way. 2nd was a flat tire. I was in and out in less than an hour. Tyler explained everything and made sure I understood all my options. There was no pressure. I will come back here again. One of the best Mavis' I have been to."

"The guys here Are absolutely amazing I came in with an emergency flat tire. I absolutely would never have made it home and even though I didn’t have an appointment, they squeezed me in and we’re able to get my car back up and running within 20 minutes even though they were pretty busy at the time.. without them, I would’ve been stuck. "I called about an hour before closing because I found a nail in my tire with a slow leak. They started the check in process with me over the phone and got me in as soon as I walked through the door. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They suggested I needed new tires but didn't pressure me and assured me I had a few more months left - which made me feel good that I wasn't being taken advantage of since I was a women like I had been at other places.
